Immaculate guest room and the bed was so exceptionally comfortable. The lovely breakfast with fresh bread, fruit, cereals, cheese and croissants. Conveniently based in resort area. Delightful staff provided an exceptional service...

It was fairly clean, and the people were absolutely delightful. They made my stay superb. Food was reasonably priced, reasonably priced. By the way, lakes and a river were near the place.

The whole experience was fantastic from start to finish, would recomand. Very cool stuff, I enjoyed a quiet atmosphere. Plentiful toast, cereals, fruit, jam and yoghourt served in the morning. Pleasant location, within easy walking distance of Keswick Golf Club. Besides, I was near lakes and a river.

Very clean room, comfortable bed, MARVELLOUS breakfast! We really loved to have evening drinks at Lakes Bar & Bistro, based nearby. Hills view was worthy.

the nearby restaurant, woodstone pizza and grill, was as close as 300 metres from the guest house. the beds were comfortable in our room. a king size bed was a bonus. it was easy to get to viridian gallery and great wood was also so close to this place.

Parking & efficient staff. Walking distance to Pack Horse Inn, where you can have lunch. Short drive to Keswick Mining Museum.
